Farm Credit Southeast Missouri President & CEO Bob Smith is very pleased to congratulate Stephanie Burger, HR Administrator & Senior Accountant, on reaching 15 years of service with Farm Credit.

Burger began her Farm Credit career in 2003 as VP/Insurance, overseeing and assisting the risk management specialists throughout the association. In early 2006, she became a Loan Officer in the Sikeston branch office, working directly with customer-owners and learning how to analyze and extend credit. Burger transferred to the Central Office in 2010 as a Staff Accountant and assumed increasing human resources (HR) duties and was recently promoted to her current role.

Smith stated, “Stephanie is doing an excellent job in her new HR leadership role. On the accounting side she takes care of innumerable reconciliations of accounts, and works with our insurance accounting, also. She does a tremendous amount of critical behind-the-scenes work. We are very fortunate to have Stephanie as a member of the Farm Credit team.”
