Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
This position is accountable for accurate and timely completion of appraisals of real property and personal property. This position may also be required to perform reviews of appraisals completed by staff and contract appraisers to ensure quality and quantity of the work product. In addition, this position is responsible for accurately developing and maintaining a comparable sales database, and all other duties assigned. Effective communication with all staff and timely turnaround of a high-quality appraisal work product are essential.
Desired Qualifications:
An active State Certified Residential license, or progress toward obtaining a General Real Estate Appraiser Certification is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required. Preference will be given to applicants with one to two years of appraisal experience.
