Farm Credit Southeast Missouri is seeking an Operations Analyst at the Central Office. The primary function of this position is support of two departments, loan accounting and information technology, performing loan accounting system activities and providing first level IT helpdesk support for the association staff.
Loan Accounting Support- Serves as a contact for loan accounting support, performs centralized loan accounting maintenance, reviews daily accounting entries for accuracy and compliance with association procedures, monitors general ledger loan clearing accounts and clears suspense accounts and unposted transactions.
IT Helpdesk Support – Provides first level helpdesk support to internal staff for hardware, software, and mobile device related questions, as well as online banking support to external customers.
Requirements: Must have expert customer service skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Skills utilizing Word, Excel and PowerPoint, a general knowledge of accounting principles, practices and methods, a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products, and a strong technical aptitude with troubleshooting skills. Associates degree in Business or related field is required. Preference given to individual with 2 years loan/general accounting experience. Helpdesk or other customer support role experience is beneficial. Tier 1 IT support experience is preferred.
