Crow/Couch Receive Promotions
The incoming President & CEO of Progressive Farm Credit Services, Bob Smith, has announced that Chad Crow has been promoted to senior vice president/chief operations & marketing officer at their corporate office; and Heather Couch has been promoted to vice president/branch manager at the Sikeston branch. Both appointments were effective October 1.
As a member of the Association's senior leadership team, Crow will oversee the operations and business development activities for the association's seven branch offices. For the past nine years, Crow has served as vice president / branch manager of Progressive Farm Credit Services' Sikeston branch office, where he had been a loan officer since 2003.
Crow graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in Finance in 2000. While attending Southeast Missouri State University he served as an officer of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. Upon graduation, he began working for a local bank in Sikeston as an agricultural lender.
Crow has always been very active in the Southeast Missouri community. He is a past president, vice president and treasurer of the Sikeston Jaycees; former board member for the Kenny Rogers Center; Sikeston Regional Chamber of Commerce; Sikeston Country Club; YMCA of SEMO. Crow is an active member of the Sikeston Rotary Club; City of Sikeston Parks Department advisory board; Sikeston High School Foundation Board; Sikeston Elks; and the First United Methodist Church. He and his wife, Valerie, have two children: Karsyn and Carter.
Couch began her career with Farm Credit as a loan officer in the Sikeston Farm Credit branch in 2010. Previously, she worked as a credit analyst and then commercial lender at a local bank.
Couch graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Business Administration-Economics in 2003 and from Southeast Missouri State University with a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2012.
Couch has always been very active in the Southeast Missouri community as well. She is past president of the Sikeston Rotary Club and chairwoman of the Go Red For Women Luncheon. Couch is currently an active member of the Sikeston Rotary Club; president of the Missouri Delta Medical Center Foundation; mentor in Southeast All-Stars and attends Miner Baptist Church where she is involved in various programs. She and her husband Brandon have one daughter, Sofia.
