Lobbies Have Reopened
To all Farm Credit Southeast Missouri customer-owners, employees and friends:
Protecting the health of our customers and employees is our top priority. Measures have been implemented at all locations to facilitate that to the best of our ability. With that in mind, all Farm Credit Southeast Missouri locations have re-opened, effective Monday, May 18th.
The locations are staffed, and customers are still encouraged to contact our offices by phone, email to set appointments, keeping capacity in mind. As always, business matters that do not require face to face visits can be accomplished by computer using the myFarmCredit secure customer portal which offers these capabilities:
• Safely exchange information
• View accounts, statements and tax documents
• Make payments and transfer money through online banking
Payments and other documents may still be deposited in the locked drop box or mail slot at each branch office if desired.
We continue to provide several alternative methods for disbursing loan funds, such as by ACH, using Credit Line drafts, and online banking.
